* We do not service late arrivals. (10 minute grace period) NO EXCEPTIONS! You will be charged as a no show*-We take pride in timing and providing each client with "No Wait Time". 


* Services outside of business hours are an extra fee  CLICK HERE  to see business hours. 


* You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of service price for late cancellations and 100% for no shows.



* We do not fix other stylist work


* If any reason client is dissatisfied with the service we will gladly adjust within five (5) days of original appointment at no additional charge


* We do not allow other persons other than scheduled client to attend appointment (PLEASE ARRIVE ALONE). There is no waiting area in the LaFone VIP Studio. 


* NO KIDS unless being serviced.
